Small Items

We ask each member of our staff to treat all orders as if they were their own.

All products are wrapped in an eco-fashion using recycled packing where possible and reinforced to mitigate damage in transit. Popular products are kept at the packing warehouse and usually leave within twenty-four hours of the order being received. Typically, the parcels arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. Other products are held in storage depots and transferred to our specialist packing unit before dispatch. These would normally arrive within 7-10 working days

Large and heavier Items

To enable the safe delivery of these products at a reasonable cost, pallets are used so that handling and personnel are kept to the minimum. In this way, there is less chance that the products may be damaged. When your order is in dispatch you will receive details of the courier, phone number and consignment number. In most cases, the delivery will be the next day unless you contact the courier directly and make specific arrangements to confirm an alternative mutually convenient delivery. It is imperative that this delivery is confirmed otherwise a re-delivery charge may be incurred. When the pallet arrives it will be necessary for you to unpack the pallet and take it to your home. The economy pallet service is not insured to take it past your boundary and the pallet is generally left with you. If there is likely to be a problem carrying these heavier items it is possible for us to arrange a two man delivery, through the ‘White Glove Service’

It is possible to extend the delivery service so that heavier products may be taken inside if you are unable to provide assistance yourself. These are optional extras as follows:

Two-man delivery

Insurance (if not covered by your home insurance}

Orders are taken into the room of your choice

Orders unwrapped

Assembled, where required

Packing materials removed

To request this optional service you will need to forward an email following your order. You will need to list which items of the service you would like estimated.


It is essential that the original packing is set aside for use with returns.

In order to ensure that the orders are packed adequately for the return journey we require an image of the packed product/s so that these may be approved for the courier. The original packing will need to be used for the return journey. The return labels will be forwarded to you with any procedural details needed for the return. When your order is returned to packing it is inspected and your refund will be sent from accounts.


We pride ourselves on our packing which is appropriate to each item sent out. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged, we request an image of the packing as it arrived and the product. This will assist us in re-assessing the packaging of that product in future. We may forward the return labels so that we can look more closely at the issues. Alternatively, we may request you to discard the item. Either way, you may request an immediate refund or replacement.
